Due to the large amount of rain we have had recently our grounds have become very wet and boggy. We have water pooling underfoot, and it is very slippery and muddy on the grass. The VCA has also expressed concern with the wear and tear on the field.
Safety to our members and dogs is our primary concern and we regretfully had to cancel training at short notice last week. In an effort to rest the grounds we will bring forward our Instructor night to next week and recommence training the following week.
22/07/2010 – Instructor night (No training).
29/07/2010 - Resume training with week 3 of July instruction.
05/08/2010 - Week 1 of August instruction.
Pre-pay forms for the month of August will be accepted at training on the 29th July, and fees for August will be $12 for the month due to the cancellation in July.
The check-in desk is not be manned for the whole night. It is your responsibility to be sure your pre-paid forms are filled out and put into a zip-lock bag (supplied at the check-in desk) with CORRECT money and deposited in the pre-paid locked box. Pre-paid forms with payment can also be posted to P.O. Box 72, Bunyip, VIC 3815. This means the onus will be on every member to be organised......
The forms and money will need to be in by the third week of the month before. This is the close off date. Should you wish to join a class after this, you will have to try your luck with a walk in spot. There will be no exceptions.
